If you're maintaining an asset database inspections can be scheduled at the asset level so that, for example, for each boiler you have a history of the inspections that have been undertaken. If you don't have an asset database you can still schedule inspections to demonstrate best practise and for audit compliance purposes. Over time you then have the option to build up your asset database.

 

Schedules can be sent to contractors so that they know when they're due to come on site and what they're due to inspect. If you have standard documents to issue such as Health and Safety or Access Requirements these can be automatically sent to the contractor as well.
