Following our recent short listing for the Go Tech Awards we’re complementing this by being short listed for the Technology in FM Awards in 2019.
The Technology in FM Awards for 2019 are organised by i-FM and aims to recognise companies that are utilising new technology to improve the world of the connected workspace. Altuity’s submission focused on our adoption of visualisation-based technology to make managing and accessing data and information easier and quicker. The use of integrated maps, floor and site plans and photospheres provides a unique 2D and 360° perspective on data complemented with leading analytics capability.
Speaking about this year’s award competition, i-FM managing director David Emanuel said: “We continue to be impressed with the creativity shown by entrants and by their determination to deliver a whole range of technology-based initiatives that add value to service companies and their clients. While people are the life-blood of FM, technology is the enabler – and it will inevitably shape a new future for the industry.”
The next step is a presentation to the judging panel in December with the Awards being announced at the Workplace Futures conference in February, 2019.
