PRESS RELEASE

Altuity, the maintenance, facilities and asset management software company, and BenefitFM, a facilities management consultancy company, are collaborating to offer managers responsible for building asset, maintenance and compliance management an exciting combination of software and FM expertise.

The collaboration will see Altuity’s users able to tap into BenefitFM’s advice and guidance on a regular or as-needed basis. It’ll provide reassurance on the processes currently being used and, where needed, make recommendations for changes that will deliver more efficiencies, cost savings and better value for money from service providers and contractors.

Steve Voller, Founder of Altuity, explains:

“Our users tend to be extremely busy, often working in under-staffed schools or companies. This makes it difficult to stand back at times and examine not only the data being managed but also the operational processes being using outside of the software.

“Working with BenefitFM means we’re able to offer access to extensive operational and strategic facilities management expertise. Combining this with our experience in software means we can offer a truly holistic service to customers.”

Richard Jowsey, MD of BenefitFM, adds:

We’re delighted to be working with Altuity as they develop software and solutions helping their customers provide a safe environment for all. Blending technology with our practical hands-on FM expertise means that we can help customers get the most out of each pound spent by using technology and data to deliver effective, efficient and assured services.”

Steve Voller, in summary, commented:

“All organisations can benefit from the perspective of a fresh pair of non-judgemental eyes now and again and this collaboration provides that by bridging the software and FM management worlds.”
