Altuity facilities and asset management software is ranked in PropTech50 Innovation listing for the second year running. Altuity jumped to rank at 8th amongst other industry leaders.

Readers of Business Cloud’s online technology publication, an independent judging panel and a public vote together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in the property sector.

The PropTech50 innovation ranking celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.

Jonathan Symcox, Business Cloud’s editor commented:

“Altuity is an example of a software company creating solutions which can be embraced by people without a background in technology.

We were impressed by the focus on the use of 2D and 3D visualization technologies for uniquely managing buildings, estates and underground buried services.

The PropTech50 recognises companies of all sizes who are blazing a trail in real estate and construction – and it is a privilege to see Altuity make the final ranking for 2022.”

 Steve Voller, Altuity’s founder added:

“It’s great to make the PropTech50 innovation ranking for a second year running.

We’re continually investing in R&D to keep our software moving forward to help busy facilities, maintenance and compliance users do more with less.

I’m pleased our efforts have been recognised externally as well as by our users. There are exciting new developments in the pipeline including for the retrofit sector which has a vital role in achieving net zero targets.

Fingers crossed for next year’s listing!
